Why Wildberry Street?

The mid-point between city and sea. Located equidistant between the city and the surf, Wildberry Street was hand chosen by the team at Rosefern Homes because it represents growth and provides a great lifestyle offering for its future owners or tenants.

The ever improving suburb of Woolston boasts plenty of attractive amenities within a very short walk, bike or car ride from Wildberry Street. Take a 7 minute bike (just over 2km) to The Tannery shopping mall - which houses the award winning Cassells brewery, a luxurious cinema and numerous bars and eateries. From The Tannery, continue your ride along The Heathcote Express bike route which takes a rider directly to the central city, the Ara Institute on Madras Street to be specific - this will only take 17 minutes!

Heading away from the city you’ll discover how close you are to an array of natural beauty - stunning beaches, fun hill walks and river bike trails set the weekends up to be fun for all ages. Being a mere $9 uber (at time of writing) from Wildberry to Little High and the central city means nightlife and evenings can be filled with entertainment. Weekends at Wildberry could be very desirable indeed for owner occupiers or tenants alike.

Why the design?

When the team at Rosefern Homes began designing these homes we envisioned a demographic with a penchant for design, stylish living and space to store surfboards, paddleboards, kayaks or mountain bikes. People whose weekend is filled with day trips to the beach and an evening jaunts to The Tannery or the bustling city centre. Built for easy care living the owners or tenants of these homes will spend less time on lawn mowing or maintenance and more time enjoying the ever-improving city on their doorstep. These homes were designed to be priced under the first home buyers grant cap of $750,000 or below (up to $10,000 per person towards the purchase of a new home from the Government if certain criteria is met).

Larger than most homes being built these days the floor space and liveability will certainly impress on completion. With more of a home feel than townhouse feel, these homes have been made to stand-out from the competition. In a market where no garaging has become the status quo, be sure to choose a property with future-proofed design and reap the benefits in years to come.
