Most developers will point you in the direction of any ol’ broker to get the mortgage so you complete the sale and the keys are handed over on settlement day and well, that-is-that. End of transaction, sold to new owner. Was the broker paid an incentive? Were other options recommended to you? How does this purchase fit into your current and future plans? It is likely you weren’t told these things and didn’t know to ask.

Because we know you deserve better, we’ve taken a slightly different view.
