The 10 P's of Rosefern Homes

Property - build beautiful, well presented functional homes that last the test of time and provide owners/tenants a great place to live, play and grow..

Placement - We target establish and up-and-coming areas of Christchurch to build our new developments. This provides purchasers with the comfort that their location (and their investment) is one of growth.

Purpose - High and medium density zoned land has often attracted profit hungry developers who will build to the highest density allowable on the land, to the lowest quality sellable. Not us. We see our purpose as providing quality stock in a market where quantity has often been the driving factor.

Play - we here at Rosefern are actually quite a playful bunch. We believe it fosters creativity (and a little healthy competition). We believe that a team who plays together, works better together!

People - Every person who works for or with Rosefern is treated with the utmost respect.
We value everyone who we deal with equally. We are a people-centric company, from planner to purchaser and everyone in between is equally as valued by our team.

Pride - pride in workmanship should be a minimum standard for anyone working within our projects. We all love our work and have an immense sense of pride seeing the work come to fruition. Pride breeds confidence and confidence builds quality. That sense of pride will transfer to the new owner and carry on for many, many years.  


Philanthropy - our tagline of building homes, creating communities is symptomatic of townhouse living. Communities are inadvertently but beautifully created. Owners and tenants become neighbours and friends. With this in mind we want to give back to the community as a whole. We are open to sponsorship opportunities for community initiatives and also happy to sponsor local sports teams. Please contact us for more information.  


Positivity - we want all members of our projects to approach their work with a sense of positivity and have the confidence that they are contributing immensely, and this is always appreciated by everyone at Rosefern Homes and eventually by our happy buyers.
